1. Overview
OnlyRadar respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.
2. What We Host
OnlyRadar is a search engine and directory. We do not host user-generated content such as images, videos, or other media from third-party platforms. Creator listings contain publicly available information including names, usernames, profile descriptions, and links to external platforms.
3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on OnlyRadar infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material on OnlyRadar, including the URL or sufficient information to locate it.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
6. Repeat Infringers
OnlyRadar will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.
7. Good Faith
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
